Prof Zbigniew Witkowski

Zbigniew Witkowski – Full Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Head of the Department of Constitutional Law. Author of over 300 scientific publications. At the invitation of the President of the Czech Academy of Sciences he was an expert in the evaluation proceedings of the scientific institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Amministrazioni Pubbliche "Vittorio Bachelet" in Rome. From 1998 to 2002 he was a member of the Legislative Council to the Prime Minister and a member of the General Council for Higher Education. Since 2016, he has been a member of the Committee of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Organizer of scientific seminars entitled Polish-Italian Legal Colloquium, held alternately in Poland and Italy, and Polish-Czech legal scientific seminars held in biennial cycles alternately in Poland and the Czech Republic.
