Prof Maurizio Bellacosa

Maurizio Bellacosa is Associate Professor of Criminal Law, European Criminal Law and Environmental Criminal Law at Luiss University, where he also serves as Co-Director of the postgraduate Masters in Business Criminal Law and in Compliance and Prevention of Corruption. He holds a PhD in Business Criminal Law (University of Messina) and a Degree in Law (Luiss University). He published extensively in international and national peer-reviewed journals. He also authored two books (‘I profili penali del reato ministeriale’ in 2012; ‘Obblighi di fedeltà dell’amministratore di società e sanzioni penali’ in 2006). He has been part of the Luiss research teams of several projects of international (BETKOSOL, funded by the EU’s HERCULE III programme) and national relevance (PRIN 2022 “Borderline”).
