Hilde Caroli Casavola is a Full Professor of Public and Administrative Law at the University of Molise, Law Department (tenured since 2020; as Associate Professor tenured since 2005). Jean Monnet Fellow at the Center for International and Comparative Law of the University of Michigan Law School (Ann Arbour, Michigan, USA, 2005-2006) and Visiting Professor at the Juristische Fakultät, Universität Ruprecht Karls Heidelberg (course on Global Administrative Law, Erasmus Plus Program, 2017), she is currently scientific coordinator (for Law) of the interdisciplinary research “Migrants and inclusive communities: rights, citizenship practices and risk prevention”-MCI, financed by the Italian Minister for Education, University and Research.
