Margherita Fanelli graduated with honors in Law from Luiss University, with a thesis on the European Union’s cohesion policy and competitiveness, with particular focus on structural funds and the Next Generation EU. During her studies, she spent a period abroad at the University of Copenhagen, deepening her knowledge of European law. After graduating, she began her legal traineeship, focusing on civil and commercial law.
