Marco Bevilacqua is postdoctoral research fellow in administrative law at Luiss Guido Carli of Rome. In 2023, he defended his doctoral thesis at the University of Pisa, and he taught at the University of Tuscia (Viterbo, Italy). Previously, he held a visiting position as doctorant invité at the Université Gustave Eiffel in Paris (2022). He is the author of several articles in the following areas of interest: administrative law, public finance, public economic law, and also with regard to the European sphere. He has been panellist at various national and international conferences.
