PhD; Assistant Professor at the Department of Labour Law of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń; author or co-author of scientific publications on labour law issues. Her research interests focus on employment in medical entities and relations between labour law and civil law. Recently, she has also dealt with the matter of organisation of work during the COVID-19 pandemic, in particular the institution of remote working.
