Giorgio Ardizzone is a PhD student at the University of Rome, Unitelma-Sapienza. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Law cum laude from Luiss University with a thesis on economic criminal law. Before enrolling for the PhD, he was also a tutor in a II level University Master Course on Compliance and Prevention of Corruption in the Public and Private Sector at Luiss University. He is the author of publications on corporate criminal liability, tax offences and fraud affecting European financial interests. He participated in the international research project NonIncrimInA on the non-incrimination principle in administrative and OLAF investigations, funded by the European Union Anti-Fraud Programme (EUAF).
