Francesco Pio Nigro Imperiale is currently a Ph.D. Student in “Law and Business”, with focus on criminal law, at Luiss Guido Carli University and the topic of his thesis regards the criminal protection of public funding.
He is also teaching assistant in criminal law at Luiss University.
He graduated in law with honors at Luiss University. After graduation, he did an internship at the Court of Rome and then he passed the italian Bar exam.
He has also been University Tutor at Luiss University and Academic Tutor at the Second Level Master (LLM) in “Compliance and Prevention of Corruption in the Public and Private Sectors” organised by the Luiss School of Law.
During his studies, he attended a Summer School Programme at Maastricht University and he has been also Visiting Ph.D. Student at Autonomous University of Barcelona.
