Dr Alessandro Nato

Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the LUISS Carli University, Department of Law, former Postdoctoral Assistant Professor at the Department of Criminal, Penal, and Social Law UGent. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil, Corporate, and International Law at the University of Genoa. His research interests concern EU Social Citizenship, Social Law, Rule of Law, and EU Law. He is the author of the book La Cittadinanza sociale europea ai tempi della crisi economica (Cacucci editore:Bari, 2020).
