Alessandro Gerardi Virgili is a Ph.D. student in “Imprese, istituzioni e comportamenti”, with focus on Criminal Procedural Law, at University of Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale.
He is teaching assistant in Criminal Procedural Law at Luiss University.
He is the author of articles in the following areas of interest: due process, precautionary measures and appeals and he is member of the Editorial staff of Archivio Penale – rivista quadrimestrale di diritto, procedura e legislazione penale speciale, europea e comparata.
He also is a lawyer in the bar of Rome and Frosinone.
